Placing an order with GameBaz.com is easy and simple. Below is a step by step illustration on how to place an order with us.
STEP 1: Browse / Search for Products
- First you will need to browse or search for the products that you are interested. Currently we have over 17,000 products online, so we have categorized them into major groups and sub-groups underneath.
- Method 1 - Browse by Category: You can browse our products through our product groups which are listed on the top of our page (e.g. Xbox, Playstation , Nintendo Wii). The product sub-groups will be shown on the left after you click into the particular group.
- Method 2 - Search: You can also perform a product search at the keyword search bar located at the top of our page.
- When you find an item that interests you, click the name or picture of the item to show the detailed product information of the product, such as the description, genre, format, producer, the official website, more pictures, and inventory status showing the estimation of how long it will take before the item is ready to be shipped from us.
STEP 2: Add Item to Shopping Cart
- If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button of the product.
- Once you have put an item to the shopping cart, the shopping cart page will be displayed, and you can review, revise the quantity or remove the items in the cart. You can proceed with the checkout process or continue shopping for other products you wish.
- You can review the shopping cart at anytime by clicking the "my cart" link at the top of the page.
STEP 2.1: [Optional] Check Shipping Rate before Checkout
- There is a shipping calculator at the bottom of the shopping cart page, you can choose the destination country to check which shipping method and shipping rate is available.
STEP 3: Checkout
- Review all items in your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to place an order for all the stuffs in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button to proceed with checkout. The checkout procedures are described below. During the checkout procedure, you can go back and forth the steps to review or revise the details before you actually place an order.
STEP 3.1: Enter Billing / Shipping Details
- You will be asked to enter the billing / shipping address as well as some other details. If your shipping address is the same as the billing address, you only need to enter the billing address.
- Entry of phone / fax number is optional, but it is recommended if you will choose parcel or courier as shipping method so we can jot your phone number in the shipping form to facilitate the post office of your country if they want to contact you via phone.
STEP 3.2: Select a Shipping Method
- After entering the address information, the available shipping options and the shipping & handling charges for the order will be shown. We offer various shipping methods for different needs. Different shipping methods offer different shipping lead time, insurance option, online tracking availability, registered / non-registered etc. For details of our shipping method please refer to the shipping section of the help desk.
STEP 3.3: Select a payment method
- You will be asked to choose your preferred payment method. For payment methods we accept please refer to the payment section of the help desk.
- GameBaz.com reserves the right to verify the payments or to refuse and cancel orders with suspicious payment.
STEP 3.4: Review and Submit Your Order
- After choosing the payment method, you are now at the final step of the checkout process. Verify carefully your shopping cart content, address, shipping and payment method once again. You can go back to the previous steps to revise the details if a mistake is found.
- When you are ready, click the "Yes, Confirm Order" button to submit your order.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after you submit the order.
STEP 4: Make Payment
- If you have selected Credit Card or PayPal as the payment method, a checkout link will be shown after you submit the order, and you will be directed to complete the payment process.
- If you have chosen other payment methods, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with details of payment instructions.
STEP 5: Shipment and Tracking Your Order
- We will arrange for shipment after the payment is completed.
- We offer online status enquiry of your order. Customers will be advised on how to check the order status online after placing an order.
- A notification e-mail will be sent to you when the shipment of your order is arranged.
Order by Phone, Fax or E-mail
- Currently we do not accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. All orders should be placed via our website.
