This incident affects customers who pay using credit card / PayPal.
Starting from August 19 (PDT), the PayPal Payment Notifications System is encountering errors. We learn from PayPal that they are fixing the issue but there is no concrete timeframe when will it be fixed.
This error is affecting millions of the websites worldwide and inevitably we are one of them.
Customers are not affected and can still make payment to us via PayPal. However, please note that the payment status in the order status page will not be updated instantly. We will manually update the payment status regularly.
Therefore, if you have already paid but find that your payment status is not updated, please don't worry, your payment has been gone through and we will handle it accordingly.
