A mysterious webpage recently appeared in Kojima Productions site few days ago, the official website of Metal Gear Solid's creator Kojima Hideo.
The webpage is a deadend page contains nothing but a flash animation of a rainy, thundering barren. Earlier today a countdown was added, and a transparent "5" sign appears when it thunders.
Based on the clock, the countdown will finish around May 22, 2009 Sunday 9pm (Japan time). Is there something to reveal when it reaches zero?
The "5" sign only make us to think of Metal Gear 5. However, based on various sources of interviews with Kojima in 2008, he hinted that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be the last game in the series produced by him.
Anyway, lets wait and see. We will know the answer soon~~
